Splints
Discharge splint
It is a type of dental splint that aims to dissipate the loads that are involuntarily made when sleeping. The use of this splint relieves all that tension that accumulates in the jaw. In our laboratory we opt for milled splints since they provide greater durability and resistance than printed ones.
Surgical guides
They are prosthetic elements that allow implants to be placed according to a prior study and planning. In our laboratory we mill them with highly biocompatible materials so that there are no adverse reactions during surgeries. The use of surgical guides is recommended since it reduces the time of the intervention, in addition to the fact that less inflammation is generated and there is better recovery.

Essix are transparent splints made of a plastic material (similar to invisible aligners) that are usually placed after orthodontic treatment. Its main function is to maintain the position of the teeth and prevent them from moving. The main advantage is that it is a removable retainer.
