Digital wax-ups
Using dental software, a mock up or preliminary design is made so that patients can visualize the final result before making the final prosthesis. In our laboratory these designs are completely personalized to each patient since we do not use predetermined libraries.
100% digital flow
In our laboratory we use state-of-the-art software and machinery to deliver a digital 100% workflow. Thanks to the digitalization of the laboratory, much more accurate and natural prostheses are achieved. In addition, waiting times are considerably reduced and we avoid inconvenience to patients. The information is also stored in digital format, allowing subsequent manufacturing in the event of fracture or loss without the need to take new records. If you do not have an intraoral scanner, in our laboratory we have a state-of-the-art MEDIT scanner to be able to digitize analog models.
3d models
Continuing with the digitization of the laboratory and the latest technologies, we also have a 3D printer that allows us to print the models where the work will be adjusted.
In-house milling
We also have our own milling machine where we make pmma and zirconium. This allows us more control over the final product and, above all, shorter delivery times.
